Get help from Human apelin (AP) ELISA kit to determine chemical content in human body!

A certain chemical in the human body, AP-12, whose quantitative determination, can be experimented upon by Human apelin (AP) ELISA Kit. With a detection range of 10000 pg/ml-156 pg/ml, this has a sensitivity of 50pg/ml. Before starting off the experiments, the temperature range that has to be kept between 2-8°C.

Samples used:

The samples that are used for this process includes human serum, cell culture supernatant, plasma and recombinant Apelin-12 (AP-12) concentrated amount.

The reactivity targeted at humans, this Human apelin (AP) ELISA kit employs principle of Double Antibody Sandwich Technique.

Specimen collection and storage:

·         Plasma: Plasma is collected by using coagulant as heparin or EDTA. Samples collected are to be centrifuged for a period of 15 minutes at 2 - 8°C. Within a period of 30 minutes from collection.

·         Serum: A separating tube is used that allow samples to clot for a period of 2 hours at room temperature or at times overnight within a range of 2-8°C.

·         Tissue homogenates: Depending on tissue type, this will vary.

Preparation of samples:

·         The concentration of the samples is to be arranged in correct proportions.

·         After getting the coated wells, 100 µL of standard or sample is to be put within this solution.

·         After the complete process, 50 µL of stop solution is to be put for putting an end to the experiment.

Thus, finally with help of Human apelin (AP) ELISA kit, final determination of results can be found.
