Know details of Mouse Immunoglobulin G (IgG) for further help!

Antibodies have a very important role in human body and peptide chains have an equally important role in regular activities of the human body. The Mouse Immunoglobulin G is a specific type of immunoglobulin that is specifically found in mice and humans as well. On a general note, it is a complex protein that has 4 peptide chains in consistent presence. They include 2 chains that are heavy and in line, and 2 chains that are quite light. Created specifically by plasma B cells, this represents certain major serum antibodies that are circulated throughout the body. They are found in abundance in lymph fluids, blood, peritoneal fluid and cerebrospinal fluid. Thus, on the whole, it presents itself to react with macrophages that are found in cells, along with natural killer cells and neutrophils. The Mouse Immunoglobulin G is surely one of the monoclonal antibodies that were tested for a number of functional activities.

Basic functions associated with Immunoglobulin G:

This is one of the proteins which has a host of functions associated with it. Starting off as having a key role in the humoral immune response, this also has a role to play in serum that includes response in regards to secondary immune system. Also it closely makes up almost 15% of the total amount of proteins in human body. It also has the capacity to activate the complement system, and has a role to play in phagocytosis within microorganisms. A further series of tests that can be performed with Mouse Immunoglobulin G (IgG) ELISA Kit state its major importance in bodies of mice.
